Rihal Data eXtract (RDX) and Rihal Data Refine (RDR) are specialist engineering information applications intended to work alongside the project information management system or other authoritative system of record, rather than replace it.
RDX uses AI and OCR to extract and validate metadata from engineering drawings, documents and datasheets, including document metadata, tag relationships and equipment data. RDR supports configurable aggregation, mapping, validation, transformation and staging of extracted metadata, document registers and tag registers.
Together, RDX and RDR help prepare, check and improve engineering information during Contractor-to-Principal information exchange and handover. They support CFIHOS-aligned workflows for gathering and integrating information, checking information quality, validating against Principal reference data and preparing structured outputs for subsequent transfer, review or management within the relevant project information system.
This submission demonstrates support for CFIHOS v1.5 and v2.0 reference data structures, with evidence focused on bulk file submission validation, document-to-tag relationship validation and equipment data validation.
