Conformance Areas

The conformance areas are derived from the CFIHOS business process.

 

The three main parts to the process are:

  • Specifying information
  • Generating information deliverables
  • Handing over information

Each of these is broken down into phases and categories, which evidence of conformance can be linked to.

Specifying information

This part of the process has one phase, A – project standard preparation. This phase has several activities (as shown below), but only some of those are relevant to software conformance (the ones tagged A1 to A4):

Generating information deliverables

This part of the process has four phases:

  • B – Contractor system setup
  • C – Information supply chain setup
  • D – Contractor information delivery
  • E – Principal information review

Handing over information
